Good news! We were approved! No email or text. I check the old website this morning and no updates. The new website said “we approved your case”  as of May 23rd! Fingers crossed for everyone else! I’m

Did you lawyer sent you an email  with all the forms and money order he is planning to send?

 

did he sent you the tracking number?

 

 

if he haven't send anything get your money back and find another lawyer. That whole 2 months is a waste of time.

 

 

that time January could have be one month down since you filed

I am joining this forum, because I just filed I-130 for my wife. I am a Bangladeshi Born US Citizen. My wife is from Bangladesh, and we got married last October in Bangladesh. This will be a Consular Processing.
