I'm sorry you got into Potomac, they are slow as hell! And it's just as unfair for you guys to be thrown back couple months behind compared to the other service centers.

 

So to sum it all up. Guys, stop telling people to be patient. It's only making us upset. We have one life and we are forced to live it apart from the people we love.

You know, I'm with you, and I certainly understand your frustrations. We all are frustrated and we all miss our loved ones. The reality is, every case is individual. Depending on country of origin, background check, expedited cases, evidence sent in, ask of these things and more come into play with each single petition. They tell us it can be up to a year before approved and estimated dates and time frames are just that, estimates. We all knew this going into this process, that it is an awful wait. The fact is we have no choice but to be patient. Being bossy and putting people down for offering kind words of encouragement is not the way to support people in their own journey. The fact that someone says anything positive is nice and I appreciate every kind word of encouragement and support that is given. I rarely comment but you offended me by berating others who are simply trying to help pass this grueling time with kind words. Have a nice day.

Just choose Potomac under service center. You'll see the recent approvals, which include cases from Aug through Dec. Be patient... we'll get there!  

I have been waiting almost 2 years just to get the I-130 and because USCIS mess up my case I have to refilled again now. I had been patient for too longer now.

"I am offended" in other words mean "I don't like what you said" these days. 

But two can play this game. I am offended because you found my comment offensive.

Has anyone from the TSC with an approved i-130 had it sent to the NVC yet? Been waiting almost a month and the NVC still hasn't received our approved i-130. :C

Oh in December is the group you should be in not January.  Since your i130 was sant in Dec.  Ok best of luck!

I got approved on june 6 sent out june 23 and received june 29.  Now waiting for case number

you can be in both groups, but really its January since your NOA1 is Jan 2,2018.

 

you are January filer not December filer.

 

but like I say it best to be in both groups that way you know what date USCIS is working on even tho they working all over the place, approving cases from November filer to December to January fillers.

 

you will know if they passed your PD.
