Thank you, So I applied for K3 visa for a March 28 PD I am new to this site and read in lot of forums that K3 doesn't work ? is it really the case ?

I am worried now since I don't know how long it will take to process I-130.

I have read one case, where the I-130 got approved, within a month of applying for K-3. So keep your hopes up!

Status update on the USCIS today says my case was officially sent to NVC for processing. I guess I’ll lay off calling NVC for a bit 😂

My receipt starts with SRC. I am a us citizen applied for i130 for husband(married less than a year) from Mexico who has never been to the US. Pd date Dec 20 2017. Still no answer.  anyone heard anything with similar circumstances?

... called in January to have them correct my husbands birthday and was corrected a week later. Is that going to delay my application? It was an error on their end. I'm just so confused why approvals or denials aren't in order of pd date?

First few of us in December already got approvals so we are close. I'm PD Dec 14.

I guess they are going somewhat in order. Many people put case inquiries A LOT and expedite their cases. That put people who patiently waiting just at the back...

Yes, I received my approval on May 22nd.

 

My PD date was December 1st.

I filed mine on Dec 21 and the only emails I've received is that they're still reviewing my case. 
I'm still waiting to know if it's approved or whatever

Not sure since i m in france my husband get it in the beginning of January i think... that says december 28th!
