I understand and know the feeling i lived in Mexico off and on for 10 years with my now ex-husband. It can be hard when your use to one thing and then your life takes a 360 turn around. I left in 2002 and came back 2012 and within that time i would come back with my children and i would work too a year or a few months. Many people dont understand what you do but its because you want to stay a family. He had a 10 year ban and thats why we waited until 2012 to start process. Now am married again and my husband is in mexico but this this i decided to stay in the states and go visit him 1 weekend out of the month while we are going thru this. My kids are now older so its easier for me. But stay positive and soon we will all get approved. God is Great!!

I know the feeling, my husband lives in China and I go back and forth. But it can get expensive and very tiring. I pray for all of us to get a speedy process.

God bless y'all!💞💞💞

Hi everyone, I've not been posting much. I've been on vacation visiting my husband since March, will be back to work and my lonely house in the States next month and I'll miss him so much. I'm praying this process is over soon for us all with no RFE, please dear God 🙏😔😭

I also wanted to let everyone know that there's a USCIS app, I downloaded it and added my case number, built my profile and it's great! It gives you a notification once there's any update to the case plus you can quickly access your case and it tells you how many days the case has been active for. I highly recommend it, way easier than going to the main website

I pray for us all strength, peace, love and much success through this journey in the most precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ amen 🌻🌺🌼

Happy that you are able to go visit your husband. I'll be spending the whole summer with mine too. Am ready for the end of May to come to be with him and hopefully get some approvals..💙💛💜💚❤

I'm so happy for you!! Please make sure you have someone reliable to check your mails for you when you travel. If you're staying the whole summer, your approval letter may come in when you're gone. Don't depend entirely on checking the case number online. I've read here that some people got approval letters in the mail but their case wasn't updated to approved, some didn't get email or text notification either

Also please travel with everything you need for the NVC stage, once your reliable person tells you about the approval, you'll need to follow up with the NVC and mail the required documents to them. You can either travel with them or have your reliable person mail them in for you

The reason I'm saying all this is because I believe approvals will start during summer period for December filers. I wouldn't want your trip to delay you, you can enjoy your trip and still have the process moving along smoothly  while you're gone

Please use this period before you travel, to look for someone you can trust. Not just a relative or friend but someone who is very reliable and pays attention to detail. Have a safe trip my dear 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
