Our priority date is 26th December 2017 and NOA1 is dated 27th December.

 

Going through Texas processing centre.

12/26/17 - NOA1

06/27/18 - NOA2 (+183 days)

07/11/18 - Case sent to NVC (+14 days)

07/18/18 - NVC Received (+7 days)

08/10/18 - NVC Case Number (+23 days)

09/06/18 - All Docs Submitted (+27 days)

09/19/18 - Case Complete at NVC (+13 days)

10/18/18 -  Interview appointment letter received (+29 days)

11/20/18 - Interview Date (+33 days) - APPROVED!

11/26/18 - Visa Received

According to my lawyer the online status check is not always updated. When we receive the receipt number, USCIS does not necessarily enter it to their online system for us to check. In short, delayed. They are delayed.

Hello, we're also December 2017 filers.

 

Priority date: Dec 20th 2017, Nebraska service center

 

And also can't check status online even though it had said to check 5-10 days on the notice letter. 

 

Looking at the processing times, seems like Nebraska is almost 2 months slower, any one know why that is?

Hi everyone I sent my I 130 in December 23 my PD is December 27 and was sent to Neb center.  I mis spelt my home daddy and my notice was returned because of this but my Lawyer got a copy. I used his copy to check my status..what do you think I should do
