I’m still waiting for NOA2 from Nebraska :(

Priority Date: December 8th

NOA1: December 11th

I’m worried it’s taking so long even though we are technically still in their normal processing times period.

hi guys we made inquiry about RFE that we did not receive also we changed the address we got the following updates :

on website :

- on 7 august , 2018 your inquiry about RFE that you did not receive  was assigned to an officer 

 -It says on august 8 , 2018 we requested information on your case to best respond to your inquiry about a request of evidence that you did not receive referral xxxxxxxxxx

- on 11 august , 2018 your inquiry about RFE that you did not receive  REF number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx was completed

we changed the address after we made inquiry about RFE we did not receive, as the mentioned on website the following 

 

-It says on august 8 , 2018 we requested information on your case to best respond to your inquiry about a request of evidence that you did not receive referral xxxxxxxxxx

 

so i do not know where they resent the RFE evidence to the old or new address or we should keep eye on them both what you guys think read corefully the updates thank you for you help looking forward hearing from you.

Hi guys I received an email with the below details in the screenshot - it says they are still reviewing the case

We sent our RFE response and it was received July 30th. The RFE was for the i130a form - we forgot to include it. How much longer until we are approved??

After only 3.5 weeks we got our NVC casenumber and just finished paying the AOS and IV fees

 I applied for i130 Dec 18 2017. Approved June 6. June 23 sent to nvc June 29 Nvc received. Aug 11 Nvc case And invoice number assigned
