The approval process is much faster than before ( due to workload share with other service centers), but still September, October, Nov,  2017   almost 150 cases are waiting, including mine EAC18061XXXX filed Nov 27, 2017.

I received my biometrics appointment letter today. My biometrics date is 1/29/2018!! What a relief!

There have been no reported VSC approvals in the Jan 2018 thread for weeks - there was one random one a few weeks ago, nothing since. Does not look like VSC is working on Jan 2018 at all right now.

You should have received an 18 month extension letter. Did you not?

You need the extension as technically you are still legal but you need proof of it.

I would call USCIS and say you never received your 18 month extension if you did not.

Okay so i got my 10 years Green card. I already filled up my N400 form and ready to send. Now the difficult task for me is that "WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH N400???"

I saw online form submission option for N400. N400 can submit online and offline both???

 

 

Please let me know so i can gather those documents and submit it. Thank you in advance.

This whole process is testing my patient for sure.LOL

Vish.j- File online, it is easier. Check below.  When you will fill online application, it will list the documents you need.  However, collect from the list below and make them pdf format in a folder, so that you can upload those.

torres10 - If your interview is scheduled at least 3-4 weeks after you filed, your I-751 file would have already been transferred to NBC to batch with your N-400 file, then they both go to your local office.  So what I am saying is - both of your files should already be at your local office.  Be sure to bring your spouse with you to the interview.
