We're here (figuratively), standing in-line outside of Vermont Service Center building, and waiting on our applications to be approved; while those guys (Adjudicators) in there are watching Netflix.😂

To be serious, nothing is happening now at Vermont Service Center.

I love how my case was transferred to Vermont to balance workload or whatever, yet they seem to be approving in California and not at all in Vermont...LOL

Hmm... doesn’t look like anyone whose case was transferred on June to CSC (even though filled in CSC) gets an approval.

Am I right?

Even though cases around get approved. Feels like they are in different pile or something, and remains forgotten lol

My question is anyone got an approval or any transfer after that status?

10/07/15 - Biometrics done, RFE sent

10/13/15 - Online status changed RFE under review

10/15/15 - 2nd RFE issued and mailed

11/18/15 - RFE response sent

12/03/15 - i765 Approved

12/10/15 - EAD recvd

12/17/15 - Interview is scheduled on Jan 21

01/21/16 - Approved/Card in production

I called in and asked USCIS about my case. It seems that its still under pending, officer said no approval nor denial for my case.
I asked if I could travel in Aug 2019 and return on first week of Sept 2019 (extension letter expires on end Sept) and he said that I am allowed to do so as long as the extension letter doesn't expire, a few weeks to expiry is kinda risky though.. still considering if I should book the tickets.

Removal of Conditions I-751

29 December 2017 - I-751 Priority Mail shipped to VSC

Once  I went to infopass and asked same question, the officer said it’s completely legal, but he definitely would not recommend that. Because a lot of people get in trouble since officers in the airport “are dumb” (exatct his words). They look at the date on the extension letter, and think your status is extended for that date, not from when your green card is expired. So, when you will be there, it may be a situation when they will think that your extension is expired. He told me that they are wrong, but this situation is very common, and that uscis will not be able to help us at the airport.. of course you still get in...in several hours until it’s clear for everyone. Soo... they are not my words, just telling you what that uscis officer told me..

then I did a little bit more search on that and I was able to see that’s very common. But up to you... maybe stamp would help?

Hey Mark, thanks for the info, I am considering getting the stamp too but I've heard they wouldn't do it for u if your extension still still valid...if it isn't I'll definitely arrange for a stamp in July before I fly off in Aug!

I know many people get stamp prior couple months of expiration. Especially with tickets! Actually that’s what that officer told me - to better come before traveling

We are in the same position.  Case is WAC18090********, so probably a day accepted before you!  Our message is the same as yours.

Don’t worry.  Our cases aren’t forgotten.  Just still in the pile, waiting to picked up up and approved!

It's called "Case Tracker for USCIS".  I just re-installed it and I shouldn't do this to myself.  I saw one case was approved two days ago just a few numbers apart from mine.  It's coming.  I shouldn't try to watch it.
