We used the same form you used, and sent it a day after you. I noticed it expired on 11/30/2017 but someone had created a thread in late November asking about it and people replied that it was only an internal expiry date.

 

And anyway, there is no updated form on the USCIS website still - only the one that we both used - so what form did you use today?

 

(Our check hasn't been processed yet, so this might happen to us as well )

This is the Dec 2017 thread  You will need to check the specific threads of Nov/Dec 2016.

If u click the form at uscis website at the bottom u can see it was dated 12/23/2016 that was the form they ask me to use on their letter.. read the revise notice at uscis page under I-751

On top it says 11/30/2017 but at the bottom i check on my garbage it was dated 11/23/15

I really don't understand. We sent the same form 12/23/16 edition. We've heard nothing yet as well, but I don't see any differences in what's on their site and the one we used. Could someone please explain?

OK...the form we used is the 'current' one (expiry 11/30/2017, edition 12/23/16).

 

Where did you get the form from...had you saved it last year? I know you mention you printed it on the day - printed it from where?

No i didnt saved it coz its the last thing i did for my package due to change of phone number n home address thats why i didnt print it yet not till the day we send the package

At uscis website... read the revised notice it still 11/30/2017 but at the bottom of that form mine were different even i print it on the day we send the package

Im also confuse but i just follow the instruction on their letter hoping i did the right thing

Yeah hoping i did the right thing... but i noticed one thing when i print my form the revised date at the bottom dissapear
