I would call and check why you have not gotten your NOA , I filed on December 15 and got the following week. Most of us are still waiting on biometrics.

 

I would definitely call and ask what is going on.

This is weird, i didnt request for any inquiry but I got an email that says: 

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

 
 

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on February 26, 2016.

29 December 2017 - ROC Filing Opening Date (Expiry 29 Mar 2018)

29 December 2017 - I-751 Priority Mail shipped to VSC

2 January 2018 - Package delivered

8 January 2018 - Check cashed in

11 January 2018 - NOA received (DATE of NOA: 3 JAN 2018)

22 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

30 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received

I am assuming you have an account with USCIS , right ? if so , there is a notification under setting that is enabled. If you don't want to receive those notification you can disable it.

I received so far 4 or 5 of these emails , I think I got them every other week.

Many people have received transfer letters, so the mass transfer message appears real.  I suspect that everyone who was transferred would receive a notice by the end of this month.  I don't know if any action will happen faster, but at least we will get notified of the transfer.

I got a notice in the mail saying that I will be scheduled for biometric when the slot is available , but I noticed that the letter was coming from my local field which is Kansas city.

So yes , I agree with you :) it is real

oh God 4-5 every other week! haha that's spam, now I understand why these mails go to spam!!

A reminder to everyone, do update your new Extension letter to your banks. I have experienced "Federal Withheld" of my savings back then when I did AOS.

In past when I came here on K1, and opened a bank account right away when arrived. 

Every month a sum of money out of my savings were "federal withheld" taken out from my savings account. 

I happen to notice after months, and found out that the bank did not update my AOS greencard at that time even though I did submitted to them asap.

According to bank, they claimed there were no updates of my information, they have to federal withhold a certain amount of money. And they told me they are going to refund me the funds after I provided them my AOS GC second time, but till date, been a year and NOTHING YET, I gave up chasing them for it.

That was Chase Bank btw.

To avoid such incident from happening again, I updated the banks with my extension letter.

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received
