March 06, 2015: We received the e mail of UCSIS Acceptance Confirmation (Nebraska)

July 22, 2015 : I-130 Approved (It took 140 days)

August 04, 2015: Mail from UCSIS saying they have sent our case to NVC

NVC

August 10, 2015: Case scanned by NVC

August 20, 2015: Case number and IIN received by phone

August 21, 2015: DS261 done and FEE Affidavit of Support paid (FEE Status: In Process)

August 24, 2015: Affidavit of Support FEE Status: PAID

August 25, 2015: Husband received Welcome package from NVC

September 03, 2015: IV Package FEE paid (FEE Status: In Process)

September 08, 2015: IV Package FEE Status: PAID

September 09, 2015: DS-260 Done

September 14, 2015: Package received by NVC (Scan Date)

October 08, 2015: Case Complete

November 09, 2015: Medical Test Done

November 25, 2015: Interview Date APPROVED !!!!!!!!!!!! :D

January 05, 2016: Visa Issued

January 12, 2016: Visa in hand :dancing:

Am a December 2017 , filer best of luck to we all.....NOA1 received on 12/19/17 but still waiting for my Biometric Appointment,is more than 30 days ,does anybody ever experience such please,my mind is up,thinking of calling USCIS tomorrow hopefully. CSC.

Received my NOA in the mail today. NOA dated 01/16/18 and received 01/22/18. Also, checked just to see if it worked on the myUSCIS and low and behold my case popped up with the fingerprint fee received status, so I know for sure they're not sending it back this time. Awaiting biometrics now.

AOS: NOA1 to Green Card Approval - 3 MONTHS, 16 DAYS

Your original post made me chuckle...and was spot on!  Unrelated note, why are there "government shut down" clocks that include the weekend?  When the federal government is closed on the weekend, not much impact there, but it sounds much better than "well, the government shut down for a day and then they got on with agreeing to a budget..."

I was waiting for the postman all day, going in and out of the mailroom and finally I met him and asked him to help me dig out the USCIS biometrics letter! Thank God its here and luckily its been arranged on 30th Jan!!!!!! 4 days before I fly, I can now buy my air tickets :) YAY!!!!

The location seems to be different from the AOS biometrics. Its in Chamblee Tucker GA this time.

8 January 2018 - Check cashed in

11 January 2018 - NOA received (DATE of NOA: 3 JAN 2018)

22 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

30 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received

Im csc too its been 30 days since i recieved my noa1 n havent heard anything for my bio... we called earlier n tier 2 officer told us biometric will be send around 30 days to 45 days n told us to call back by feb 5 if we havent recieved any biometric appointment

I called USCIS today to ask about my NOA and the Officer Gave me 2 Numbers one is a 13 digit WAC number and the other is a 10 digit number. Both don't show any status online on the USCIS website. He said I should expect a mail from them for Bio-metrics after Feb 6, 2017 looks like California Service Center is behind.

Add WAC before the second 10digit number and see what happens

Yay!  So many receiving their biometrics letter!  Congratulations to those who have received it!!  

 

To those who haven’t received it yet, I would recommend calling after 45 days.  Calling the USCIS can be a waste of time and they always seem to tell you to wait another 30 days.  For those that call and get this response, I suggest asking for a tier two representative and maybe having both spouses on the call, if possible, may help.

 

Don’t worry!  The biometrics letter is coming soon!
