I heard the only time you can check ur status online if u already got ur biometric letter... use the biometric reciept number to check status online

Hello, i posted in the other december 2017 thread also. Ours was mailed on december 6th I believe.  Today I checked our bank account and they have already withdrawn the money from our account today.  I hope thats a good sign.

That's so interesting, because we also notified them of our change of address. And we have received mail from them since we have been at our new address (unfortunately I misplaced my green card and had to complete an I-90... what a prolonged saga that was, lol).

I am start to concern since they got my packet on Dec1,2017 and now Dec12,2017 i havent hear anything from them not even cash my check. I have been reading and most people get their noa1 within a week and the check cash within 3 days. I actually call the uscis but theycan'tdo anything at this point i have to wait 30 days to call back.

Wow that was fast, did they send you the NOA1 electronically? 

 

We mailed ours to the CSC on the 12/5/2017 and they removed the funds from our account yesterday 12/11/2017 but haven't received the NOA1 yet.

I got it through normal USPS mail on the 12/08 but it was dated 12/05. I mailed my petition on 12/04 delivered to them on 12/05

We received the notification letter, but 90 days prior to expiration will be January 4.   Is this so we can prepare or can we go ahead and send once getting this notification letter?   I've read no sooner than 90 days prior.

You can not apply before 90 days...the package will get returned to sender, from what I understand.

Anyway my question is, my ROC filing date will be 29th December, does that mean the package can be reached or send out to USCIS on 29th Dec or does that mean my documents has to be dated 29th Dec? I'm so confused..Thanks in advance!
