Hello Everyone,

 

I got my I-797 letter today. It shows Receiving date December 21, 2017 on it. now waiting for biometric date.

I received my biometrics appointment letter today. My biometrics date is 1/29/2018!! What a relief!

Updated sheet. I am still working on the best way to edit this... We may be constrained by the capabilities of the forum though. hey! if somethings thats great! because at least now you know that there is something else they would like you to clarify/add. in our case i called last Friday and told me that they have nothing pending in the system with my ALIEN #... which is even worst

Opssss. That's plain annoying. Did you fill the forms in blank ink, sign the forms and fill in "N/As" or "none" where appropriate? Was the check made to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" (spelled out in that manner) for the right amount of $680? Did you attach copies of the green card and passport?

Um, yeah! I'm super OCD about this entire process and have been since the beginning of the K1. That's what I'm so frustrated by...because I have no idea what they could've possibly not accepted.

K-1: NOA1 to Visa Approval - 8 MONTHS, 19 DAYS

AOS: NOA1 to Green Card Approval - 3 MONTHS, 16 DAYS

ROC:  - NOA1: January 16, 2018; Case Received at Local Office: January 5, 2019;...

Citizenship:  - In Progress Estimated Completion Time: July 2020 (18 Months)

Also, are you sure that this is your package sent back? Maybe it's a NOA 1? Let us know whether they include any explanation on why they returned your package...

Yeah so strange. They received it after the 90 days for sure. USPS says it's a package and not a mailpiece so I can only guess it is my package 😭

how do you know there was a package coming from VSC to you ? and  Why do you think its a return package not NOA  ?  Did you make a copy of your  751 form and check ?  if you do , check if all the content was filled in right , sign and check amount of $680 and sign ?

 

I been only 2 week since my submit and my money order  has not been cleared as of today checking with back. :(

USPS informed delivery, a package was picked up from VSC. It's a pretty handy thing to get informed on things arriving in the mail. And yeah I know everything was correct.
