If you changed your address, I recommend not only changing your address with the USCIS, but also do mail forwarding with the USPS ASAP.

OK. You should be all set. If you do not get your biometrics appointment within 30 days, I suggest calling them.

Have you moved since receiving NOA1 on 12/18? If you plan on moving again, it typically is better to set up a PO BOX and make it your mailing address on the correspondence from the USCIS. That way, you will avoid the fear of not getting letters from the USCIS.

No...we bought a new house last august 2017 n we moved in last september 1, 2017 n i reported it right away... but if bio wont arrived till next week ill surely going to call uscis

OK. If you are at the same address where you received your NOA1, then you are fine. It just takes them time unfortunately.

Yeap updating the timeline on this site is confusing, cos we have to do it 2 times lol. Guys plz update your profile and timeline lol.

1. Click on your blue nickname on top right corner, there will be a drop down menu> Edit My Timeline > Edit/Add My Entry.

2. Click on Account Settings on your blue nickname at top right corner > Profile on right > Edit Profile (Black button) > change your Filed for and Location.

3. If you would like to update your signature, click on your blue nickname on top right corner> Account Settings > Left menu click on Signature.

Hi,

I sent my package and they received it last December 11. It's been more than two weeks since they got it and my bank account wasn't even debited yet. I'm afraid that some of the paperwork I sent were originals (health insurance cards, car insurance, other related paperwork) since I am filing for a divorce waiver, I don't need the originals anymore except for this purpose. I'm anxious that the other people who filed later than me, got their NOA1s already

Last December? Meaning December 2016? If so, I would advise going to the December 2016 thread.

If you mean the on the 11th, I know it’s difficult to wait, but try not to worry. It seems that VSC works a little slower on the front end since someone mentioned that VSC seems to deposit checks in a batch, so they may only deposit once every two weeks. The others that received their NOA’s may be from CSC. Don’t worry just yet. I know it’s hard, but keep an eye on it next week.

The holidays put some things on hold and your check may take a little longer to clear the Federal Reserve because the check may be crossing different Fed branches. Maybe your check is batched to deposit today, and might clear early next week?
