I wrote email from “MyUSCIS” account, asking about my N400, as I passed that interview , but now when my I751 was approved, what will happen to my N400.

They replied in the same day (!!!):

USCIS systems indicate that you appeared for your naturalization interview on May 09, 2019. Examination of your N-400 application shows that additional information, documents or forms are needed before your application can be acted upon.

On May 09, 2019, USCIS issued you a Notice of Continuance. Your case is currently in suspense or on hold until we receive your response.”

I didn’t receive any notice, except Naturalization Interview Results N-652.

Then they also wrote:

After you log in to your USCIS online filing system account, access the Home Tab to find the "Documents" field to view or print your official Notice of Continuance notice from USCIS.

We encourage you to respond to the Notice of Continuance by the response deadline. Failure to respond to the Notice of Continuance by the response deadline may result in the denial of your application.”

I don’t have this under Documents, the last is about scheduled interview.

Does anybody has any idea what this is?

Document tap where you got your interview letter and finger print paper, look at the same place.  At the same time write a mail to your IO office who took your interview and also to USCIS again that your online account has not been uploaded with N-14

Document tab doesn’t have any notice of that kind. I wrote them again from USCIS account explaining I didn’t get anything and that Document tab doesn’t have that notice. I hope they answer.

Thank you

Also try to make an inforpass appointment.  Not sure how many days they provided you to answer.  They sent in May 9, 2019.  It is a more than 2 months now, assuming they gave you 90 days, you have not that much time.  I am concerned.

This person knew what to send them. I wasn’t told about anything. So it doesn’t make sense to me.

I was trying to find out how much time they usually provide to response N-14 and one post says only 1 month .  You passed that time.

78 days after responding to REF, my ROC was approved and card in production. Original office was VT but it was moved to Texas. I intentionally didn’t file N400 but I will be filling my N400 immediately receive my card.

I wasn’t handed any paper during interview, I wasn’t told about any notice and I don’t have any new notices on my Document tab.

How can I reply to something I have never received or known about?

Please stat the online filing process of N400 and when you will receive your GC in 5-7 days, just add the copy of GC and press submit button.  Best of luck with your N-400 journey.

Hi Everyone,

I have been following this forum since I filed my papers. I’m a December 2016 CSC filer.I filed joint I-751 with my ex spouse,in March 2018 we decided to get divorced due to some problems and some cultural differences  but we did not divorce in a bad condition, and our divorce was finalized in May 2018,I received RFE at the end of June 2018.But the RFE freaked me out;

.I attached it so you guys can see it below. They were also asking about the money transfer my family sent me in order a buy a car for myself,I added response to that question in rfe in details,

I sent them a huge package again with new affidavits(even my ex spouse and her sister wrote affidavits for me),16-17tax returns, updated car and health insurances, family pics, new leases, me and my ex spouses drivers licenses at the same address but unfortunately we never had a joint bank account, cause we never needed it,my family was supporting me I was taking care of our bills etc,and also she was working too.Long story shor;they received my RFE response in September 2018,and after that they transferred my papers to NBC and Miami Field Office right away.I got an info pass appointments back in December 2018 and March 2019 they told me that my case is at the Miami Field Office,I should receive the interview date soon, but nothing since then...I'm working with a lawyer who has lot of experiences,He just tells me to not worry and wait for the interview, but I cannot wait any longer It's been 31 months already since I first applied,I don't even know if they are going to approve my case any time soon and unfortunately there are no info pass appoinments anymore...It was good faith marriage  and we were married with my ex spouse for more than 5 years. One of my friends who filed a divorce waiver with much less documents got approved couple of days ago, also he applied 16 months after me.

At this point,I just need some advises from people who has  experiences in this forum.Any kind of advice will be appreciated!!!

Sorry about my English,It's not perfect.

Goodluck everyone!

@Mattgz14 I recommend you start a separate thread for your issue and work closely with your lawyer.  Looks like the first go around you really provided no information to prove that you two lived with each other.  I don't think a driver's license would be enough.  I am sure your lawyer has or will give you instructions on what to provide and will probably be along the lines of providing bills and documents that your wife lived at the same residence as you.  But a new thread would be more appropriate for what you need.
