@Nayda- Hope they will connect the dots.  However, you will see a name of your IO  on the paper your received after N-400 interview and you can send a letter to him.

Yes, if you read the paper you received , it says you can write to the  IO officer

Yes, next will be mail was picked up by USPS and tracking number  and then in 2-3 days you will get your GC by priority mail and your message will change card was delivered.  All those will happen in 4-5 days.

Just logged into my USCIS account and the estimated completion date for my n400 application has moved forward from October 2019 to August 2019. However, my I-751 still has not been processed (application number WAC18094xxxxx). Two weeks ago, I got in touch with my Senator's office (Kamala Harris) regarding the delays. They were very nice and assisted me completing their forms so they could follow up.  They normally have a 6 week turn around on such cases, so we'll see what happens.

That is good and hopefully you will get your I-751 approval  soon and your N-400 interview letter soon

Have you submitted a case inquiry?  The CSC is at December 23rd, so you should be able to submit one soon!  I am sad that your case hasn’t been processed yet.

It is not usual to delay I-751 when you apply N-400.  It happens several members of this board including mine.  Usually, when you apply N-400 while I-751 is pending, they do not assign I-751 to  IO for review, instead NBC calls it back ( you might or might not get a notice of this transfer) and when NBC is ready for N-400 interview, they send both applications together for approval ( a few cases, I-751 did not reach to local office)
