That's weird, perhaps picked at random? I also received a letter in Feb about reusing my biometrics. When was your first i751 NOA? Do you know your interview date yet?

I Submitted my ROC on Dec 26, 2017. Online the Status is Case Transferred to a different Office on June 18, 2018. When I call the 1-800 Number it appears the Case is being processed in Laguna Niguel CA. I also Applied for N400 in the 1st week of February 2019 completed Biometrics on Feb 27. No updates after that for Both I-751 and N-400 and it looks like San Francisco, CA is not accepting any Walk-In Appointments or InfoPass when I check from USCIS website. Also Processing time shows for I 751 for CSC they are processing November 03, 2017 As of now. August 2019 is when my 18 Month Extension Expires. How much longer is the wait?! My WAC # is WAC18087004XX for my I 751. Anyone is the Similar WAC # Range Still Waiting?! Please Respond. Thank you.

Well mine is wac18089005xx but im in ohio we got same expiration date on extension letter then filed n400 both got approved n i just got my oath ceremony last friday.. my friend from california filed n400 last december 2018 until now she doesnt have any news not even biometric

Congratulations! I guess East Coast is moving faster than West Coast. I will wait until the end of this month hopefully by then I'll hear something. So how does one set up an Info Pass appointment if the Field Office doesn't even let you schedule one. By Calling USCIS ?! Is your friend getting N400 through Marriage in California ?!

Yes we both came here with fiancee visa n what i heard california takes 6 months to 12 months when it comes to n400.. bout infopass its really up to ur local office.. they usually do infopass depends on ur inquiry or case

Looks like the CSC ROC filers that have a case dated November 5, 2017 or earlier and VSC ROC filers with a case dated October 20, 2017 or earlier can file a service request.  Inching right along.

The USCIS processing time just keeps incrementing everyday. I am not sure how accurate it is. But it looks like when it is past your Submission Date you can Submit a Service Request. I have seen from the USCIS App from Stephen Aldous that a few Cases before and after my WAC # have been approved. But its hard to make any guesses about my case just by looking at other case numbers. I guess I will have to wait until I can submit the service request which is about 1.5 months from now approximately. So the Waiting begins...

Finally, this phase is over for me after about 17 months and 10 days of waiting. I got approved in about 15 months but spend over 2 months waiting for my new card.

Here’s my timeline

I-751 received on Dec 5, 2017 – CSC (No - N400)

Biometrics done December 16, 2017

Then February 2018 transfer glitch

Feb 4, 2019 RFE sent to me

Feb 25, 2019 RFE received at CSC

March 8, 2019 got an approval letter dated March 1^st

Waited for over 60 days waiting for the card so I did a service request

Finally, card in hand after about 76 days after approval

 

For those that are still waiting hang in tight we will all get there.

Forgot to respond!  I provided my US Passport card and my husband provided his GC.  We ended up not showing the state ID, but I am sure it would have came up.

 

So our journey got a bit more interesting.  After we had changed our address, we also submitted a service request on the ROC since it had been over a week since the IO said she would approve the ROC.  We received two letters: One from the TSC saying that they forwarded the request to the Tucson field office.  Then another letter from the Tucson field office stating that our case was still being reviewed.  Yesterday, the ROC updated that the case was transferred.  This may mean that the IO decided the ROC case could not be approved.  I hope the case was not sent to the Dallas field office.

 

My husband had to extend his trip this summer since his mom is injured from a car accident.  He's going to be returning the end of August.  If we don't hear anything by then, we will need to try to get an I-751 stamp before his 18 month extension letter is expired.  I don't feel too comfortable with that timeline, but oh, well.  We really should have asked when the IO was thinking about stamping his passport with the I-751 stamp.

 

Now the case could either get approved relatively soon after it reaches it's destination, or we would be up against a time crunch.  At this point, my husband only has four more months before the residency extension expires.  While I am not too overly concerned about this, it is something to pay attention to.  At least we only have about six or seven months before he gets his USC case looked at again.  Almost there.

Did some of you get a letter that reused the biometrics fingerprints?  and then a letter notifying them that they have to make new footprints?  to me that letter that would reuse my fingerprints I arrive in February and I have nothing update since I have 17 months in waiting!  December 21, 2017
