How about bank statements. Taxes. Maybe car lease. Any type of insurances. Like health or car or renters. Remember the 401K proof of beneficiaries as well as life insurance with her as the beneficiary. Send pictures!!! And maybe a notarized letter that you only rent and don’t own a property as well as saying you don’t have children.

Update on my case: exactly 2 weeks after USPS delivered my RFE package to CSC. Today, they approved my case. The stressful journey is ending.

How long do I take to approve your case?  Did they ask for more evidence or an interview?  did you request the N400?  I have 17 months already and I still do not receive news

I applied on Dec 2017, got RFE on March 26, 2019. CSC received my RFE package on April 22. On website uscis.dhs.gov it showed they received my RFE response on April 27, on egov.uscis.gov still showed RFE status has been sent. Today, May 6, Card was produced status showed on egov.uscis.gov. Sorry for posting so many date and words.

I did not request the N400.

Well, every marriage has its problems.  I hope my case will be approved soon.  I have 17 months on hold, I will not do biometrics was what you tell me

Good luck! If you send in enough documentation of a good faith marriage, the case will be approved with RFE or interview

No interview for me. I did not file for N400 because I'm divorced and will have to wait for 4 years 9 months to be able to file

I sent documentation in December 2017, the contract of our house, bank account around 3 years, car insurance, taxes together, TV bills, like 12 pictures in recent years, our licenses where it indicates our address!  I got a letter in February where he says that I will not make biometrics because I do not need them!!

I am happy to know that everything went well for you, my wife and I have tried to have children but it has been difficult for us, you and your previous marriage had children?
