I received my biometrics appointment letter today. My biometrics date is 1/29/2018!! What a relief!

O! Sorry for the confusion @Amhara initially I filed as a divorce waiver and after a year of divorce and this process I got approved. Thank you everyone who keep posting here in this blog that encourage me till the day!!!

Hi everyone!

ok, here is my update:

USCIS recieved our response on RFE on march 22, 2019

- they wanted information that me and my husband have resided together and share responsibility for a common residence (we added this papers in our main case, probably they missed and we sent it again );

- we added more bank statements information, joint phone account information, several joint utility bills (that they already have in the main case, so we just sent it again adding some last bills);

- they asked evidence that me and my husband have made some financial arrangements with each other, like a will or a trust ( okay we made it and sent it);

- we added some more pics of our life together and  even more affidavits from our common friends.

 

And at last, this morning we have got a notification saying New card being produced, thank you God!

Didnt apply for citizenship yet.

Got approved today, card is being produced, I received an email notice from the USCIS and also notification from the case tracker app. My case was never moved since they received it. Finally I am at ease to go back visit my parents and so many food that I want to eat back home!

I'll still be here to update, I got to renew my greencard 10 years later anyway :P

For the last 364 days it said it was at my local office - which would be Charlotte, NC, but it could have been in Vermont I guess.

- they asked evidence that me and my husband have made some financial arrangements with each other, like a will or a trust ( okay we made it and sent it);

- we added some more pics of our life together and  even more affidavits from our common friends.

 

And at last, this morning we have got a notification saying New card being produced, thank you God!

Didnt apply for citizenship yet.

Just got home from my interview n passed with flying colors lol 😂.. IO ask me just 3 question then he stop.. it was a combo interview my husband wer with me the whole time from ROC  to N400 test they didnt send him out during my N400 test.. he told me to wait 2 weeks for my oath taking ceremony notice n my ROC wer basically all good
