Is this tax information necessary for them at all? In addition, our original signed letter does not have a date on it, we just filled out the paper our accountant asked us to 2 years ago.

 It's a signed enrollment form, at the start of the policy. There is no recent document for them. Could that be a problem?

Our previous residence was at the parents of USC. Father and mother, USC’s parents, paid the utilities and accordingly we did not have any utility bills.

  • A letter written by father on MM-DD-YYYY to show we were allowed to stay with him after moving to the United States.
  • A letter signed by father on MM-DD-YYYY stating the time period that we lived in his home.

 

Do these documents explain our situation well enough to not to get an RFE for not having for example utility/rent bills?

Sep/05/2024 -- Oath Ceremony will be scheduled. 

Sep/06/2024 -- We got an email with the notice that the Oath Ceremony was scheduled. 

Sep/17/2024 -- We received the physical letter with the info about the Oath Ceremony. 

Sep/27/2024 -- Oath Ceremony and Certificate of Naturalization issued.  (Journey over!) 

Oct/03/2024 --  We received the physical letter from SSA with the updated SSN card. 

Oct/15/2024 --  We received the physical letter from  NC DMV with my NC Real ID card.

I resent my package to CSC yesterday after they returned it because of early filing  2 days:(. It will be delivered on Tuesday. Hopefully I can get my NOA 1 and biometric letter before January 16 so I can fly oversea with my wife. We can do early walk-in before the scheduled biometric appoinment right?

Hey guys, the new I-751 Form is out, I'm trying to fill it up but Im not able to save it? I can only fill up the form on the spot and print it right away, it doesnt allow us to save it into USB or save it at all after filling it. I think USCIS blocks it somehow by making a mistake..sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo how do u guys do it? its the 2019 expired version, they obsolete the 11/30/17 version.

29 December 2017 - ROC Filing Opening Date (Expiry 29 Mar 2018)

29 December 2017 - I-751 Priority Mail shipped to VSC

2 January 2018 - Package delivered

8 January 2018 - Check cashed in

11 January 2018 - NOA received (DATE of NOA: 3 JAN 2018)

22 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

30 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received

 

Help us all by updating your Timeline and Profile!:D
