I just talked to an IO and he told me that my case was transferred to my local service center Kansas city which my N-400 is already there.  I'm now expecting for sure Combo interview.

We received an e-mail confirming that the ROC is with the USC application and would be adjudicated at the same time.  Phew!

I am December 2017 filler. On March 11 my status changed to " Name was update" . Nothing happend after. I did not change any name. do you guys have any idea what I can expect? to be honest with you, this waiting time is not too funny for me anymore

Same thing happened to my case. On march 11 my status changed to " Name was updated"  and then " Birth Date was updated"  on same day.

my DOB was not update. Only name. Let's hope for the best

Funny thing happened this week (Funny because that issue is resolved now).
My account said they tried to deliver a document to my mailing address and it was send back to USCIS.

I called them and came to know that there was no street address on my file (I did get NOA and extension letters before without any problem before), they somehow managed to loose my street from their system.
After I fixed that issue by filing AR-11, within 2 days my account showed "Name was updates " and after few hours "Birth Date was updated".

 

Planning to call them on Monday to check if they have made a mess again or what.

You are not the first person to report this issue. Many people have lost their mind over how USCIS made a mess and blamed the applicants for it.

Create /go to My USCIS account -> add you WAC/EAC case number to it -> case history.

I am a 2017 filer with waiver. 2 days ago I got an update that says, “ Date of birth and name was updated”. I got those updates same day. I was just wondering what does that mean? 

 

Do they send updates during weekends?

How did you reach IO? I tried, but unsuccessful..
