On Sat I received a biometrics letter saying fingerprints not needed, even though I had them re done in Jan 2018. Not sure if I'm pleased the status changed, or confused as it makes no sense!

Or what happened in my case (I have an unresolved I-751 application since December 2017 and an N-400 since September 2018) when I was called in for the naturalization interview in January. The officers said he had requested my I-751 file (not sure from where since in my USCIC the status for that one has been saying "at local office" since April 2018 but clearly that wasn't quite accurate), but it simply had not arrived on his desk in time. So we did the N-400 interview, and I kept waiting until a couple of weeks ago I got another interview appointment, this time for the I-751, for beginning of April. 🙄

I got a letter from the USCIS service center Buffalo, NY last Friday , saying my N400 interview is De-schedule due to unforeseen circumstance . My N400 interview was schedule for this Thursday 3/14 .

Man that is frustrating , I don't know why they keep doing this de-schedule. Were there any changes in your case online as well or just the letter you got ?

We received our 18 month extension letter today in the mail. Last week we went and got the 1 year extension

stamp on the passport... LOL, so not sure what that means that we got the extension letter this week - which

is the week the 2 year card with 1 year extension from last year was set to expire.

Anyway, still waiting for approval.

Good Day!! Just want to update my status..

Filed my N 400 ( 12/15/2018) while I 751 ( NOA 12/13/2017) is pending (WAC18075 with Transferred to another office on June 18 2017status) . I had my interview today and happy to note that my 1-751 file is with the CO and yes, it was a combo interview ( my interview notice was only for N-400).

My husband and I were called together , asked for our ID's , my GC and passport. Then confirmed our address , it was a cordial conversation like we were asked if we took a vacation etc . Then the CO told my husband he can leave so she can move on to my N400 interview.

CO asked me to confirm if my name, date of birth and mailing address is written correctly . Then she asked 4 civic questions and told me to write a short sentence and that was it. She told me that my 10 year green card will be produced and take it with me on my oath taking. I asked if I can hug her and she said yes.

I will update my timeline once I get an updated status.

It has been a long journey and I am thankful, grateful ...and its really true that prayer works!!

I hope this will give a sign of relief to those who are still waiting that it will eventually happen..

Filed my N 400 ( 12/15/2018) while I 751 ( NOA 12/13/2017) is pending (WAC18075 with Transferred to another office on June 18 2017status) . I had my interview today and happy to note that my 1-751 file is with the CO and yes, it was a combo interview ( my interview notice was only for N-400).

My husband and I were called together , asked for our ID's , my GC and passport. Then confirmed our address , it was a cordial conversation like we were asked if we took a vacation etc . Then the CO told my husband he can leave so she can move on to my N400 interview.

CO asked me to confirm if my name, date of birth and mailing address is written correctly . Then she asked 4 civic questions and told me to write a short sentence and that was it. She told me that my 10 year green card will be produced and take it with me on my oath taking. I asked if I can hug her and she said yes.

I will update my timeline once I get an updated status.

It has been a long journey and I am thankful, grateful ...and its really true that prayer works!!

I hope this will give a sign of relief to those who are still waiting that it will eventually happen..

I hope I will get combo as well!

Congratulations! We have same ROC date but we are VSC. Now you can go on with your life!

Hello everyone,
This is my first time posting over here.
I filed for N400 on begin of this month and was scheduled for bio-metric appointment on 29th march.
To my surprise yesterday I got another mail stating that they scheduled for my I751 bio-metric appointment on 15th march.

Is there a way to combine those two appointments so that I don't need to take day off from work each time?

OMG! I just received a notification for case status update, when I checked it says :

New Card Is Being Produced

On March 12, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC18081*** , and will mail it to the address you gave us.

I was so worried about a combo interview at the Newark Office as I read bad stories but that wont be a worry anymore! Thank God! Now the next step is hubby's N400 Biometrics Appt. The letter was uploaded today in the MyUSCIS and it was scheduled for 3/28/2019. Next step will be Interview, I will keep praying to have it this year. I will keep praying for everyone still waiting for approvals in this Forum.

I'm so freaking happy!! So much happening today!
