Good Morning all,

I woke up to several 4am text messages and a update email saying my case has been updated. I got approved, new card is being produced. On the uscis.dhs account page there are no updates but when I go to check my status page and type in the receipt number the update is there.

Filed 12/4/17

Approved 3/1/19 I assume.

Vermont filer.

EAC18065

I plan to apply for N400 in the next coming months once I get some traveling out of the way.

Congrats! :) They're rolling in now!

I was able to talk to a tier 2 officer and he confirmed that the documents I had sent are not on my file. I was shocked!!! He asked me to re-send everything.

Did they send you a copy of the documents you already sent?

Hi guys,

My USPS Informed Delivery shows a letter from CA center. The status of my case is still the same as June 15 they transfered case to another office. Could it be RFE or approval letter, guys? I asked my brother to pick that letter tonight in my mailbox because I am out of state at the moment.

Hate to say that I think it might be RFE.  The approval letter has the Statue of Liberty on the letter, which is noticable from the outside.

We had gotten an RFE for my husband’s work authorization and it was a solid color, but that could change.  Even the approval letter could change so I could be wrong.

Today, I revived the exactly same letter. The notice date is 02/22/2019 and they mailed it from CSC on 2/27/2019. The letter just informed me that they are going to reuse my biometrtic data that they captured previously in August 2015.

They are coming up with innovative ways to explain their delay.  First by lots of transfer so called load sharing, then lots of  RFE ( 3 months delay) and then the letter above.
