I filed December 19. Mine was transferred to the local office. I guess someone is handling my case now.

So here’s what I compiled so far with my RFE: 

- Screenshots of conversations between my ex-husband, my father-in-law, my grandmother-in-law, a group chat with my in-laws

- Facebook screenshots of comments of friends, family

- Text correspondence of my family, mentioning my ex-husband

- More joint checking acct copies

- Affidavits from my aunt and uncle 

- Random e-mails regarding my ex-husband (resumé, dentist appointments, etc) 

- our sons’ invitations to their birthday parties 

- Our son’s school registration card

- more pictures, including our families and friends 

- His old paystubs with the same checking

acct number

- My old driver’s license showing same

address

- His old mail with same address 

- Our sons’ baptismal certificates

 

I’m not so sure if these are enough; I submitted all my copies of health insurances already, though.

Update on my I-751 from December 2017

 

Just received a letter in the mail (no text or email update at all) regarding the I-751 appointment with spouse. Lists a number of documents to bring, the majority of which I have of course already submitted.

 

The most annoying thing (since I already went for an N-400 interview to which I brought my husband in vain since it was not a combo interview) is that the timing of the appointment at 8am means we'll have to wake up our toddler earlier than she normally wakes up. (I am sure anyone with a young kid will sympathize; the rest of you can just trust me that it's a big deal... )

I got the notification last Friday and got it just this Monday. Will try to submit the evidences by next week.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I would like to do the same, so we can update each other accordingly as we go to our 15 months of waiting. 

 

 I am a December 2017 filer. I filed on 12/19/2017. I have not received any appointment letter for biometerics. I've contacted them two times and they told me, if it's needed, we will let you know. 

On June 18, 2018 my case was transferred to CSC. In July 2018, I moved to another State. In August 2018, I received the 18 month extension letter at my new address. In October 2018, I received another letter similar to the August letter, mentioning the 18 month extension again. Since June 2018, there has not been any movements in my case. I have not received any RFE letter and have not filed for N400 yet.

mine also was transferred on June,18th to CSC and no movement since then.

I’m having citizenship interview next month, though.

I received the RFE today and they’ve asked for documents I already submitted. They asked for birth certificate of kids ( I don’t have kids), mortgage documents(already submitted), drivers license of both wife and me (did not submit - I still have the license from NY where we both lived 3 years ago not the Illinois one where we lived for 2.5 years),  property, life and health insurance documents (already submitted life and health), utility bills ( submitted electricity, internet and water), credit card (submitted joint cc statements). It also says not to send whatever I’ve already submitted. I’m super confused on what to do.
