You are an adult have a job, why not pay for it yourself?

Your sister can’t “sponsor” you for a visa. She can offer you a place to stay etc while you are there.

Take a letter from your job that you are approved for vacation for whatever the dates is and will be returning. I’m assuming your study is part time, you can take proof of enrollment but it’s not such a strong tie to be honest. Take proof of your property. If the officer asks you about eventual immigration intentions, you can say yes, but you are a professional and trained as one, it makes no sense to overstay and work a menial job illegally, you are setting up for the day you can do it all legally, etc. then all you can do is hope he or she believes you.

(also be aware you are clearly an adult child if you are taking these exams, your parents sponsoring you will not immediately get you a visa, but that’s another discussion)

I would not describe a Pharmacist as a menial job. Plenty of people here without documentation making good money.

I assume she wants to work as a Pharmacist, hence the enquiry about taking the exams.

Cant (legally) work as professional until qualified, anything menial possible to overstay, but generally beneath dignity of south asian moneyed class.

Exactly hence the exams.

The point was meant to be that if she could not practice as a pharmacist she could be reduced to doing a menial job, hence the need to do the US licensing exams, to allow her to practice properly.  In sum, doesn't make sense to stay illegally now even if long term intention is to immigrate. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

Edit: just saw BuiQuang already clarified, thanks ;)
