Hello everyone! I'm wondering if i can use my SSN for applying or enrolling in school even theres a note "VALID FOR WORK ONLY w/ DHS AUTHORIZATION" can i use that now? Because my green card is just on process. I only have here My military ID & SSN.

yes

 

that's because the card it temporary, the number will be yours forever

 

when you apply for school you just need the number
