Called NVC. No luck. Same answer - takes up to 6 weeks. I asked him if they immediately enter into system once they get it from USCIS. He said, no, it takes another couple of weeks. So, its probably at NVC, but not entered into system.

They track it at arrival to NVC and again once it is loaded to the system so if it was there already they would be able to tell you. The 2nd part is they assign it a case number.

For us it arrived  and they said no number generated yet and 2 days after that they had an MNL/NVC number assigned to it.

I called everyday twice a day LOL

 

Thier canned speech back then was 6 weeks as well but it only took 8 days for them to get it to NVC.

 

We are still in Admin Review at embassy level so where ever you get a break in a process they will be sure to drag it out during some other step LOL
