I'm trying to see if we aren't alone in this situation, I've scowered the internet for answers but haven't found any. My boyfriend moved here from Canada this past March and about three months ago he received his green card, only to have his DOB to be 40 years off. So we call, send in the 1-90 form with the card (it was their mistake btw) and the first time we went it off it was sent to the wrong address, so we had to re send it to the correct one. After doing so, we have yet to receive any confirmation or receipt on his case. We have called on multiple occasions only to be told to try and connect to a tier two officer, whom is almost always busy with other callers. We have waited for a receipt for three months now, and we have no way of checking the status of his case or when he will receive the corrected card. Has anyone gone through similar? And what did you do, and how long did it take?
