Hey All!

What are people saying when they write to their congressman/woman? Looking for a rough idea.... Thanks!

I have just emailed ours told them we had been waiting 206 days which is out of the process time and told them a brief description of our relationship

Still waiting june 6th

Its a torture

I wish we get the approval soon

We are at 190 days

June 7th 189 days................I'm frustrated to see approvals for the 14th already......its really unfair to see people get approved when others have been waiting longer. Especially those pour souls still waiting from April/May :(

Honestly if you only talked to a teir 1, I don’t believe they have that information. I give my example again on their info knowledge level. I called yesterday, they only told me my petition has been received. Could not and did not have any more info. 30 minutes later I was approved. So in my call they should have been able to tell me my case was assigned to someone since it was approved 30 minutes later, right. So I think that’s just another one of there prewritten answers.

Praying for your approval to come soon.

Thanks, appreciate it!

It was a Tier 2 officer who shared that info. Sounded like lip service regardless, sadly.

Before you call USCIS and complain....

I was stationed in Germany in 2007.  We relocated into what used to be a military personnel office.  As we moved several file cabinets we found DOZENS and DOZENS of complete servicepersons personnel records.  We could only imagine how some pissed off civilian employee was yelled at by some angry military guy/gal and as they walked out of the office, the personnel assistant dropped their complete personnel record behind a file cabinet...  BECAREFUL BEFORE YOU COMPLAIN TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE YOUR LIFE/HAPPINESS IN THEIR HANDS.

As Harvey Spectre says... "Don't poke the bear."
