So, I don’t know from here who saw some of the post I had last week. I mentioned I was sad and frustrated and my fiance was having even a harder time... anyway, last Friday around four am he texted me, and said how hard for him it was, and more things and i got anxious. I ended up sending an email to a uscis agent I met with at the field office in Omaha... she responded today, she forwarded the email to the csc center in CA. I am now concerned that they will think I am unstable emotionally or not financially able to meet pur needs. i had been asking to expedite oit process based on financial hardship. I have 4 kids, 2 jobs... i help him due to him being unemployed because he refused to renew his employment contract to come here... i was enrolled in a masters program, i dropped out due to the anxiety symptoms and not being able to maintain that with 2 jobs and 4 kids at home and paying babysitter so i can go to my second job... i mentioned i made enough to mainstain my home and him when he gets here but 2 households its almost impossible. I said i lost thousands in tuition and student loans will start coming soon... any thoughts? I am June 29th.

I do not know of anything, other than to wait and see what they say.  I understand the two household and budget.  Without knowing what was in the e-mail we cannot say.  But it does show your concern and wanting to be together soon.  As long as you make the required money or have co-sponsor it should not be an issue and they will check at the interview and again at AOS.  I planned for this to last 5 months and now going into six and seven months budget is getting tighter.  I have things that I want to call to the USCIS or send e-mails too, but then wonder if they will slow down the process or cause question.  All i know is I need her up here as soon as possible,  but everyone on here can say the same thing for their loved ones.

Thank you for your help, I tell my fiance that a lot more people are in this situation but I feel he is on the borderline, he is used to working and being like this is very very hard on him and as a result, on me. The most frustrating thing is that wait times keep stretching and we get no answer whatsover when we call or ask them in person. I pray to God to ease our hearts and maintain us strong and faithful. i hope the same for everyone here, and seeing those approvals and people getting reunited makes me hopeful amd happy.

He is self employed, and makes more money like that then actually being employed... the job he used to have was great, but he did not renew his contract because it was for 2 years and everywhere he has tried have a 1 year contact... the rest of the jobs with no contract or benefits make very very little... overall, is not enough. ☹️

Keep your heads up guys. No doubt the wait sucks. What makes it makes it worse is that the call center is so full of ####### and know absolutely nothing. Like my call to them this morning complaining to them and just begging for any information. All they could tell me is there on May 1st and my case had been received and nothing else. I was so bummed, But 30 min later I checked my status in the app and it was approved. Yet 30 minutes before that they could tell me nothing. Calling the call center is absolutely useless. If you are over 180 days, call your congressman, call your senator. I called for help from senator McCains office last week and submitted to them every thing they told me to. Did it help, I can’t say yes, I can’t say no. I never heard back from them other than they assigned it to one of McCains case workers. I like to believe it helped. So if you haven’t contacted your congressman, do it. It can’t hurt anything. But your day is coming and it will come when you least expect it. Everyday is one day closer to your NOA2. Keep those heads up!

Congrats to all who were approved today.  So we were approved today, my fiancé does not have the app and has no clue as I have not told her yet. I’m being evil I know haha. But she graduates her nursing school on Thursday, I figure it would be so much more fun for her to find out at her graduation reception. Only one of my Filipino family members know and she is helping me to surprise her. So I ordered her a boquet of roses, with a card and was going to put We're approved on the card. But then I thought I should make a video with pics of us from the begining until now instead of putting it on a card. And at the end of the video will be the surprise. Going to try to link it to here. please let me know what you think, because i’m not sure if I want to change it or not.

OMG - this is adorable! She's going to cry. :jest:
