Oh wow I’m glad i found this forum i have just been going by the uscis website which still says may. June 22nd here. 172 days.

I had to catch up on all the posts here wondering if you'd written anything yet, cause I was tracking your case in my app and received the notification 1,5 hours ago that you are approved.  I jumped off the couch ready to celebrate, because I thought it was our case (1862). Had to do a double take and realized it wasn't quite our number.

My fiancé called USCIS last week, he asked questions about our case only, and at this point,he was very particular about our NOA1 date, and what was actually viewed on their website. He never mentioned comparing our time line with others because we already knew what the uscis rep will say that we are within processing period. My fiancé directly pointed out that what the rep was saying was actually  not what was received in their own USCIS CHECK STATUS, so it is for this reason that we made a call after 188 days. We got the approval today.

Please have faith, more of that, have patience, more of that, and tell yourself my day will come. Believe me as I was in my worst me before this approval today. I had sleepless nights, woke up depressed,and had body aches, migraine every now and then,felt like quitting, and literally told my fiance to settle in my home country. Our case is about 570pages paperwork,because we saw each other 3x before filing, we lived and worked in 3 countries and 7 states, we are both widower, I have 2 K2s. Then one day, I just told myself, it will come when you least expect it. Easy said than done I know! But when I dwell into sorrow and pain, I lose more!

This is good to know... in addition to December 4th approvals without update. Now we will have some December 7 approvals!

So, I don’t know from here who saw some of the post I had last week. I mentioned I was sad and frustrated and my fiance was having even a harder time... anyway, last Friday around four am he texted me, and said how hard for him it was, and more things and i got anxious. I ended up sending an email to a uscis agent I met with at the field office in Omaha... she responded today, she forwarded the email to the csc center in CA. I am now concerned that they will think I am unstable emotionally or not financially able to meet pur needs. i had been asking to expedite oit process based on financial hardship. I have 4 kids, 2 jobs... i help him due to him being unemployed because he refused to renew his employment contract to come here... i was enrolled in a masters program, i dropped out due to the anxiety symptoms and not being able to maintain that with 2 jobs and 4 kids at home and paying babysitter so i can go to my second job... i mentioned i made enough to mainstain my home and him when he gets here but 2 households its almost impossible. I said i lost thousands in tuition and student loans will start coming soon... any thoughts? I am June 29th.
