I would call and say you are 'unsatisfied with this answer, and need further clarification.' It's the reasoning the tier 1 said she would use to escalate my call.

Find below from him: :(

'They said they needed 'a category to list under the call back request' but they didn't give me what those options were

And when I said 'processing time inquiry' he said it's still 'in scope' and therefore not a current category they have available'

Thank you though - anything helps at this point.

I hope the same for everyone in April, May, June that theirs are processed and approved soon.  I do not understand the order they approve these, i wish I could create a random number generator as good as their algorithm. :)   I feel they dump a pile on the floor in the morning say grab 10 files each and we will put the rest up, once the pile looks low we will add more files.   They have jumped all around my number but have not touched it.   Sorry I have a strange humor that may not be a good to all here.  Just keep smiling and talking to our loved ones one day we will look back and remember the stress this has been, and smile saying remember when wondered if this day would ever come.  I really do hope they get all of ours soon.

I get to see my significant other in February! Booked a flight to go see her for 3 weeks.  Even though there is 6 months or so left in the process most likely, it takes a lot of the stress away knowing I can see her relatively soon

yeah.. That so true .Being together helps a lot. I want so badly to go visit my fiancé for Christmas but cant. I did see him in November but you know nothing beats being with your significant other. Enjoy your time together.

It's such a relief since my case won't be looked at until January or later. Now I can deliver her the documents she'd need for the interview as well without having to worry about how long the mail will take

I'm a 26th filer, and the waits keep getting longer and longer.  A combo of that plus the holidays leads me to believe it won't get looked at until some point in January.  February was a typo haha!

My dream scenario would be her getting approved for the interview while I am down there but that doesn't seem too realistic.  I am happy that I can bring her all the documents she will need though (assuming we get an approval)
