Ahahaha, so true! That's why their Tier 1 reps say they are still working on May 1 files only. Their corkboard in the break room probably has a work schedule from 2002, and their federal/state employment poster in HR is from 1986. The picture of the US President in the hallway is Andrew Jackson. And the security guards are trained to look for Redcoats...

Haha. Their computers are running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows 3.1.

RFE on 4th, got the mail notice yesterday 8th, turns out they misplaced the check😡😡 and other stuffs we barely understand, hopefully our lawyer will explain better . To all those who got RFE's it's a delay but looking at the bright side, it's better than a denial👍👍

They misplaced your check? Like that you used to pay? Didn't they already cash it?

I want to encourage everyone to contact their U.S. Rep or U.S. Senator if they are over 6 months. We need to keep the pressure on. This is all part of the battle. If your particular Rep. or Sen. is on the Committee then you have extra influence.  Let them know that USCIS has big problems. I attach snapshots of the names of House and Sen Committe members. Any American can write but they are prohibited from working your case unless they represent you.

Could someone share that google doc that shows how long it is taking others for the NVC to assign us a case number? I tried to find it but there are so many pages and I sont know on which page it is. And once they do that, is that when the interview date is set up?

i hope everyone is doing well! Next week will be a week of many approvals, i feel it!

Question for anyone that can answer.

Once my fiancé has her visa, we were thinking of flying from Philippines to Thailand for short vacation. Then back to PH. To get everything we are taking home, then flying to USA. Will there be any problem doing this.

Nope it's not a problem. We are planning to go to Turkey the same way :) lots of people will be doing similar things as I heard.

That’s fine, you guys can travel anywhere until you decide to go to the States. The approved K1 visa is a one entry visa to the POE in the US, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
