So now they are approving and not updating the site? So the fastest way for SOME people to find out is to call? No more SMS or email updates?

Screw it, at least we know they have approved more than the scans show

Unless the tier two is wrong, I was approved* yesterday but it doesn't show anywhere.

Mostly in order they receive.

but from checking over cases march to November, I can easily say it is not always the date order. I don't know why.

I have theories but but they're not really that important. And this is another reason I always say that date was after me rant doesn't really work that way... you can easily see a 6th case after 30th...

Yes definitely thinking the same! Thanks!

This is nothing new btw. So don't worry about that, even after the online update you wait till noa2 hard copy to come and you won't be calling NVC before a week or two anyways. Some people even got the hard copy and NVC date at the same time and got off with only 1 level of ranting :) hehe

but please if it's available to you register for usps  informed delivery. (The link should be in my signature)

Who will receive the postal hard copy? beneficiary or petitioner? My fiance is away from the USA for a month - so we might be missing out on some important mail!?

Can anyone share any input on how they actually number the cases? There was a 12/6 WAC1790374434 approved yet we are 15/6 and ours is WAC1790364040... that to me seems like they're not even numbered in order? I may be missing something completely here but just out of curiosity does anyone know? @vocaledge @Naes maybe?

Yeah, it makes no sense. I'm 380990 with a NOA1 of June 30th

030491 is an I-130 for July 3rd. 😐

Baffling.

Definitely! I think I'm just going so assume that case number really makes no difference as there is no clear structure haha! I have heard that London is one of the fastest NVCs though hopefully once we are approved it'll be less stressful for us!

Mate, I'm going to be skipping out of that place. I've heard London are pretty quick too. Fingers crossed the rumours are true. Really want to be out there before our 1st meet anniversary (March 3rd) 😥

/Squeaky bum time.

Ok - fingers crossed for a email update then!

Can your fiance have his mail forward to an address who can check it for you?

@Naes

All set on informed delivery. It’s pretty cool to have anyway even without the Visa. :luv:
