I am not sure about October really.

I worry about June lasting into later January because they are going so slow now and we have holidays coming up. And July will start end January but mostly finish in February and March before they start going faster again.

They seem to be getting very slow now. I hope that doesn't happen though.

I pray to god it doesn't because i am a November filer and I'm  hoping to be together for the 4th of July 2018 holiday!

My F talked this day to a NVC representative tracking our documents and at the same time inquiring possible requirements for my interview. He will not send documents (that include I-134 which he filled up) unless he got those lists from NVC.That what the NVC representative told him and made me surprised.

Not alot of people will send crucial financial info overseas unless they can not avoid it, i am not sending mine i am taking it with me for her interview.

I believe in the Philippines, US petitioners are allowed to go with their beneficiaries for interview but they said not here in Myanmar.

I am a Filipino but I am processing my visa here at Myanmar coz I am working here.

Sometimes, I'm doubting if he's trusting me about his documents. Now I understand.

I agree 100% and if a person can be there It is a plus, but the reality is not everyone can travel and personally take documents with them, so no choice, but to send them.

I know I will be there with documents because I sure don't feel the least bit comfortable sending them, and I plan to be there for the interview anyway.

As I don't believe anything said at the NVC

Im also sure they thought it was a k3 and started explaining what you need for a CR1 because it sounds like that...

Actually before receiving NOA2, I checked the link for US Embassy Rangoon. It was mentioned I-864 and not I-134. So I searched the difference between the two and found out that I-864 is mostly used for spousal. I only heard the form I-134 here in VJ so I informed right away my fiance. Now after his call we're both surprised and that's why I asked this group what is really the fact. He told me that he's gonna call NVC again by Monday or Friday.

I would call the embassy not the NVC though. Because I can easily say here in japan it is I-134. And it did not change.

I864 is for green card. It is binding for the sponsor unlike I134 and in that way it is different than what a k1 supposed to do.

Hahhah... This is crazy! Now I check the website here and they changed the form from I-864 to I-134...hahahha

Yeah, you are right, I would probably call embassy here on Monday to verify. My fiance called NVC to check if NVC already received the documents from USCIS and hoping to get case number.

The I-864 is for the AOS stage after you get married

No 864 is the affidavit  of support for the Aos stage where you have to prove 125% and the 485 is for the green card the 131 is for AP and 765 is for work authorization

I'm a little jealous coz my fiance cannot really make it to come to Myanmar for my interview.

You are right, not everyone can travel, he's also trying to save money and pay his bills. He's trying to clear it before I arrive.

I'm too shy to force / demand him to come.

When someone trys to force or demand something from their SO it shows you are controlling and that can end in problems for relationship.

It took me 1 full year to save again to make this trip after going to see her last year, it is costly for this venture.
