Don't worry :) you know they deliver in the weekends too.

Actually these approvals are really good for all of us, it means those low numbers weren't the only ones. They were doing more ;)

now wait till till Monday and if you don't have it but still worried, call again just to recheck with one more person.

you can even call today and recheck with one more person actually.

She said she expects it to be sent Monday, so I probably wont have it til later next week at the earliest.

She also said she thinks uscis sends approvals to nvc once a month. Maybe that's why so many may people are still waiting on their nvc number

My F talked this day to a NVC representative tracking our documents and at the same time inquiring possible requirements for my interview. He will not send documents (that include I-134 which he filled up) unless he got those lists from NVC.That what the NVC representative told him and made me surprised.

As I don't believe anything said at the NVC

Im also sure they thought it was a k3 and started explaining what you need for a CR1 because it sounds like that...

No the I-134 is not obsolete or outdated.

well if I were him I would check again because that information is incorrect and I explained what it looks like in my previous post. (I would send everything just in case)

I need some input from you all regarding a co-sponsor if they approve us for an NOA2.  I have a weird situation, I lived abroad until June and began working at my job in July.  From July-December I'll have around 19k in income that will show on my taxes which is right above the poverty line.  I have a stable, permanent job making 42k a year but my tax return won't reflect that this year due to when I started.  Do you think I will still need a co-sponsor?  I'll be slightly above the poverty line in 5 months of work, proof of my yearly salary, 8k in savings and 1k in my 401k.
