I understand this.

I'm the more articulate one out of the two of us, plus he doesn't get much time to sit on the computer being an active duty soldier. If i draft and have everything ready for HIM to send it makes it a lot easier.

thanks tho!

Dont listen to that. I’m not sure why some seem so determined to deter people from writing letters. It will not hurt and the people who process the cases don’t take the phone calls. I wrote a letter and already got a response from my congressman. Fill out the inquiry and release form. You do not need to write a long and detailed letter. It’s better to keep it short and on point. On the inquiry form, there’s 3 lines for you to describe your reason for an inquiry and an additional letter isn’t even necessary (although the letter posted here a few pages back was very well written).

I encourage you to write the letter. Even if it only helps future applicants, who cares. If enough of us write in, then maybe it will catalyze more movement on all of our cases.

You mean, more pay wasted on call centre staff who give no information, instead of hiring adjudicators???  Seems like a perfect plan! LOL

Actually, employing a call center is cheaper than hiring their own staff to perform the same job, thus having more money for essential staff. There are 325 million citizens of the United States and approximately 50 thousand in the K1 process (high estimation). That means this is important to 0.015% of the population. I’m actually thankful it’s not worse. Hang in there....we will get through this and it’ll be worth it at the end!😁

The staff at the call center definitely do not do the same job as an adjudicator, and they are useless (the call center staff) since they give their 'customers' absolutely no useful information.

I'm not sure what the number of people in the process compared to the population has to do with my witty remark about the call center opening times, but regardless, I agree with you that it will be worth it and wish you a speedy approval :-)

Clarity that I hate call centre staff at USCIS.... :-)

Seriously, I'm about getting married to USA Citizen, but originally from my Country. Now, my sister just started dating a USA Citizen. Okay, when they would be ready for this Process, she has to contact a visa Company owned by @Naes. At least, she would be sure of Cupcakes to cool her anxiety!

I'd rather have 1 extra adjudicator than 10 tier 1....

but I understand what gator means too if in the end somebody is going to do it because of the level of inquiries, id rather have them hire part time call center staff (it's not their fault their useless to us- but yeah I seriously can be a tier 1 at the moment... maybe I should write my number next to uscis down there?) then using more money for government employee (the ranks are very different between this 2 and their pay would effect much more to our petition fees)

You too @vocaledge

i just said the popukation stat stat as a point that government allocated resources to programs with the highest reach to the overall population. Public safety and education are the hot topics.

ive always enjoyed your input and i was just trying to help validate our frustration. I hope you get your approval even sooner!

Wow! That's so awesome!🎆 She loves cats too?  What's her tribe?

My Fiancé is a Nigerian-American too.

Ooh! I can bet on the beauty of our native wedding.😊

Say Hi to her from me. She has no problem with this process as you got her back to back.
