Sorry guys - there IS a midday scan in progress, but their server is running EXTRA slow today... its gonna be a little while.

I love this... can I steal it and use it as a base to write one for my fiance's congressman?

I am looking to contact my congressman--would we send our letter to Washington D.C. office or our local office...this may be a silly question, just not sure. And do you think we should contact a Democratic or Republican congressman/woman?

I see there are about 180 June 6 filers untouched. They have hit maybe 25 so far this week. I see only one so far today. It is scary when you do the math.

your not wrong there, I was just saying that to get to 15 September (ours) there are @ 12000 cases divided by 75 work days (95 on the VJ estimate) they have to handle 150 minimum a day or better than 750 a week, as you say it isn't happening, I was just talking about it with Colleen it could be 12 months before I move over there! because of legal problems for me here I am already at least 5 years behind where we planned I would be now....................with Colleen

I do hope they pick things up. They have hit 800 touched in a week. They have also hit much less. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason for their lack of consistency.

From the scan (which is still running), I do see lots of approvals, mainly on the 12th, which isn't surprising to me because of the vast amounts of applications on that day... They are trying to reduce that statistic for sure.

It is unfortunate to those of you before, but there are other approvals and activity, and I know your days will come soon.

Details to come!

The 6th and 12th were really big filing days for some reason. I wish they would hit the 6th like they are hitting the 12th.

So I just did a short scan of June 12. Gave me a little smile. Counted 19-20 June 12th approved today on my scan. Looks like they are hitting it pretty hard today!

As you know, we do appreciate the work you are doing keeping us informed of any progress with cases and give us all some hope.............. it is something that the USICS could do as part of the "service" they supply but I guess it is to much trouble for them
