Well, i just got a notification on the app that they sent me an RFE. Guess it’s better than nothing:/ June 23rd flier...WAC1790380527

I want to send that after 30 days letter to USCIS to enquire on status of sending to NVC, does anyone know what to include in this letter please?

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! June 29th filers, I (beneficiary) recieved notification from USCIS, though my fiance still didn't get anything on his e-mail.(NOA2 date is today, January 18, case number ends in 379396 )WE CANT STOP SHAKING!!!!! 

 

Wish all of you guys best luck with your cases, we deserve it!!!!!!!

After you send that respond to RFE. You'll get approve right away. just like vocaledge. good thing you heard from them.

on the right hand side of the document they have some notes on the letter.

in mine I just asked for status and any updates they may have I have not heard back yet.

Hello Junies!! Just wanted to send some data to those who may be waiting as well as ask a question I know you all can give me quick, easy answers to! 

 

June 12th filer--NOA2 received on December 7th and TODAY I GOT MY NVC NUMBER--YAY!!!! 

 

So it was exactly 6 weeks from NOA2 to NVC.....those waiting for NVC numbers....it's raining down case numbers the past couple days!

 

So, once we have the NVC number, what is there to do on my side? When the embassy contacts us, do they contact the petitioner or beneficiary with the next steps? Anyone who has gotten to this point, please shed some light or direct me to a post with that information.
