•what did you say/ write? 

•how long does it take to get a response from them?

Thank you guys. I need something to happen. Day 181. We are financially and emotionally done. We need movement. 

 

You want to send a real letter the first time. There is a release form on the congressional website that you need to fill out and sign. Once I mailed mine in, I got a response the following week.

 

I just wrote that im at day 168 and the process is taking longer than anticipated. Waiting 6 months for a NOA2 alone is excessive and the USCIS doesn’t provide any updates...etc

 

It would be unwise for them to give you an RFE bc they did a congressional inquiry. Think about this, sending out RFEs creates more for for them as well.

My congressman is Ted Yoho in Florida and here is the link on his site:
