The number they gave you, what number was that? Why was your case special that it can get transferred after 1 week and the rest of us has to wait 6+ weeks, please tell us what you said. I am losing my mind here waiting.

That is reference number not case number and yes it depends on tier 2 officer if they want they can expedite on their end to send approval notice to NVC right away as NVC is working on time .It is USCIS which is taking extra time to send approvals to NVC which is delaying the process .we waited 217 days to get approved as well

Tomorrow I am going to ask for them to transfer ours, can you tell me what you said to get them to allow you to speak to a tier 2?  I was hoping to not be a part of the new project at work starting Feb12th but looks like I will be and leaving as soon as it gets going, would have been better not to have just started or been a part of it :(

I tried searching again today, but did not see any scans. Any updates on that?

And yes, I understand they are not 100% updating approvals anymore, but it would be nice to catch any updates in case our numbers fall on the list.

Your number will appear on website before it shows on scans.

you should check uscis website for case status changes, scans are only to give us an idea on where they are working on.

So does that mean we are no longer doing daily scans?

We are. But as they're not really reliable, if nothing shows in the midday scan there's nothing to put here. And for full day scans vocaledge usually runs scans at this moment (he is not in us but in U.K. So times are different) and posts them later. And if he fell asleep or is busy I ran them after the midnight.

Yayyyy! Another Jan 9th approval with no online update. At least 4 of us here now. Seems like they're still arriving by mail. We received ours last Saturday.

I've updated you to approved on the NOA1 list here https://docs.google.com/document/d/11c3BDF8Q7OsKNzGfKRdkOy9JTUUSjBREsyv-VzyIBl4/edit

You can add yourself to the NVC tracker sheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1k57PdywNRpUqytomJxMzz6_7DsMqpi52DgnaYt9FyC8/edit#gid=2061710905

Edit: CONGRATULATIONS of course! Forgot to add that

Thank you @Naes! I am going to be so relieved when I finish this K1 journey.

I am still cheering for everyone here and hope all of us will be reunited with our loved ones soon, it was a rough ride but it was worth it!
