Hubby called using the "we lost our WAC number" and got a call back from a Tier II within 42 minutes.

 

His response to the inquiry 'there is no update, it is in process with the California Service Center, you filed on 13 June, and they are currently digging into 1 June...you should be receiving a decision ANY DAY NOW'

 

Sorry if this has been answered before, but our NOA1 was June 9? Have I been a June 13 ALL this time?

They have two dates. One is when they received it, which shows on scans and on their website.

 

another is the notice date which is the noa1 date for real and normally where they count from when counting the days.

 

thats probably the notice date they told you.

 

dont worry about it, it's not like they are going in an order really...

I hope they can change the processing date to July 1 soon so you guys can put inquiries. It didn't help for some May filers that's true but there are so many june waiting it may actually be helpful...

My fiance called uscis to ask about our case the lady answered him that he needs to wait 3 more weeks and they can't do anything about it,but then 3 hours later,my fiance recieved an approval notice from the mail lol..finally we got approved!!!
There has been no update from the app/website.

June 27th filer here!
Notice of approval dated 1-11-18
Mail received 1-17-18

It's not the link... the video is for Us only and won't accept my region without a proxy... we are used to this... Americans wouldn't know hehe
