I see cases are being approved now even in July... so I am just confused on if an officer is actually working on the case or not... she said, “your case is still in processing and an officer is still working on it” and I asked, so it has been assigned to someone already, she said “yes, it’s assigned” then I asked, when was it assigned?” She responds “june 29th 2017” so then i ask her, “so cases are assigned as they are received?” She says “yes, the only thing you can do at this time is wait”

Let's  wait, nothing more we can do at the moment😐

I am so sorry.  Most of us know not to believe a thing they say.  They are reading from a script and at times they can be a little testy. One argued with my that no July petitions have been approved because they only started on June last week.  They dont know.  They are on the east coast and our files are on the west coast.  They only see what we see on the web until you get to Tier II.  Just keep asking here.  We have much better information than they do.

So just called USCIS.. They said they wont be able to transfer me to a tier 2 because all of them have left for the day... They just basically told me the same thing that USCIS is processing application as of June 1, 2017  and that this date is updated once per month so the next update will be February 2018. And as soon as this date passing my NOA 1 then they are encouraging me to make an enquire via their site or call them back.

Yeah, it's been a rough one. Basically, one check box wasn't marked and they took until December 5th to tell us, with a Intent to Deny (which shook me to my bones), so we got approved in late December.

Well... Welcome to June. We rant, we laugh, we over share about info you didn't need to know apparently, post funny GIFs, share our experiences, and all support each other.

Really hope you get yours soon. April is CRAZY. I feel you. I sent my paperwork to him in April. He didn't send it until the end of June, so I'm going crazy 😁

Humour helps. x

You could get it the same day they received it if you're pushy. If you call now you're most likely going to get a case number. It usually takes a day or 2 but I think you've waited enough.
