He's gone out to find me a new Pusheen to surprise me with on arrival. If I ever bloody get there. 😂

Oh my gosh!  And your NOA2 was Dec 22! 

 

I know it's best to wait to be sure but it's exciting nonetheless. If the bottleneck is breaking up at the USCIS then it's nothing but good news for everyone.

To me that would explain why cases are not worked exactly in order, or why some cases may be taking way longer, maybe officer is sick or something happened or things of that nature... I am June  29th  too, my WAC1790379617, I am tracking  everyday one case before  and after mine, that's  ..616 and ...618. Non of them has been  approved.

My Case Tracker app just updated with my referral number.  It says my Tier I referral was assigned to an officer for response.  That is better than nothing...

Approved on 22nd. My NOA 2 says 21 on the paper but the online says 22nd.

So my Fiancé called USCIS again today and they scheduled him for a call back.

 

They called him back after a few hours and they told him that we got an RFE on the 13th.

 

We don't have anything in the mail yet so I'm expecting it will be there in a couple of days.

 

I hope we get it soon so we can work on it and get the second part of this process done.

RFEs are good news!  Get it answered ASAP.  The approval happens right after a satisfactory response.

Calling is basically pointless anyway. Even the Tier II people stay on script and don’t have any real information. I was just hoping they’d see something that the website doesn’t since they don’t seem to be updating it lately.
