Did Tier 2 tell you that when you called? I am trying not to get paranoid about why some of us are taking longer than others, but this is just nuts!

I heard once that a person never received an NOA2 and then just received something saying that NVC received their case and their case number was XXXX.  Maybe some of you will have that happen.  I hope so!  Maybe the NOA2 got lost in the mail and you are further along than you think.  It this point you all need a miracle!  That would be cause to order the pizza, John!

I find it really hard to believe that anyone from June's case is not assigned to an adjudicator yet.  I bet that is one of the lines on the script.

That I cant argue with.  We will never really know until we see an approval.

kinda wondering, what did they tell you when you mentioned that you are june 6 ( I guess ) but July peeps are already approved ?

The first Tier I said that I was mistaken and there were no July approvals.  The third Tier I said "that happens sometimes".  Other than that it was strictly by script.
