It does get easier Hun. I was the same on 4th jan as I left my fiancé after being with him for 2 weeks. It’s horrible at first. Didn’t sleep for couple of days and kept crying but although I’m finding it hard just think every day we are a step closer x

Overnight stay sounds reasonable, I heard K1 interviews are always at 8.00am in the morning. Hope you'll come to Stockholm to & like it :) Wow that's cool! So you've never lived in the same country? My fiancé and I met at university. And then it just continued to escalate :P

Tja Paul! Detsamma detsamma! And thanks, yes I hope it can be useful for anyone going through the Stockholm embassy, Swedes especially but of course Danes and Norwegians too. A huge good luck to you guys! I'll keep myself updated on your progress.

Yeah, we're hoping the interview can be fairly early to get it over with that day.

To answer your question - technically, we have lol. He lived in Seattle and California for a few years a long time ago, but it was before we met. The south was new to him when he met me though. :P

It's definitely useful to refer to those who have gone through the process specifically from Sweden. We're still waiting for our NVC notice. And we thought the worst part of the wait was over once we got NOA2, lol.

Håll ut, y'all.

Day 226.  VJ Timeline moved to December 24th.

It is 6:00 in California and the adjudicators are taking showers and drinking coffee.  Even they dont know what a great day this is going to be for some of us.

Never lose the faith.  The process sucks but the reason for it is amazing.  As yesterday was MLK DAY, I think we should honor him with a few appropriate quotes as we start a new week...

"If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward."

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."

"We must accept finite disappointment but never lose infinite hope."

Let's go get some approvals today!

it's coming, John.

Thank you so much.  Our time will come and there are people here much more stressed than we are.  I am truly blessed with Rose.  I am so happy when I see any approvals.  I hope a lot of us get that relief today!
