RFE is good!!!  They looked at your file.  They will keep it on the side.  Once you successfully respond to the RFE you will be approved.  This is in your court now.  Answer then as soon as you can!

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Congratulations on all acquired approvals moving on up yeahy!!! Let everyone get their case updates at least the frustration will be less off of their shoulders 😂..

These are good news!! I really worried about you and I will keep my fingers crossed.

Maybe we can meet in person someday and have a couple beers when we all got through this. Jensen Beach is so close to West Palm Beach.
