I’m not 100% sure of the wet signature. I just heard this week that someone used a scanned copy without an issue. We used wet but maybe scanned is OK. 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

I used a lawyer for my case. scanned document with signature is fine he said. I trust this lawyer. he got my sister, my grandpa and my grandpa here in the US

I've seen it its true, I am not 100% sure either lol.  All I know is that I woud try to make it as "perfect" as possible to not give them the chance to send another RFE..

That is very true!  Why take the chance!

I doubt seeing any RFE because of a scanned signature.. It's true.. 

I heard about scanned and wet alot and when we filed we did not even know about this forum neither that RFE existed lol

so i wrote a letter for me about us and my intent to marry him. (signed wet ;) just in case) we will also send contracts from the wedding, wedding invitation and reminder card. 

06/18/2017   sent I-129F

06/22/2017   NOA1

01/02/2018   RFE was send

01/08/2018   Hard copy in the mail 

01/13/2018   RFE sent back 

01/18/2018   RFE recieved

01/24/2018  NOA2

We made sure we had wet signatures in black ink,  but reading the i-129 instructions it did not specify it had to be wet.  just did not want to take a chance.

2 Year conditional Green Card 10/17/2018  Now living our life keeping in mind to fill paperwork for 10 year card 7/20/2020.
