It doesn't even feel real that it'll come at this point. Day 207. June 15 NOA1. Numbers around me are getting approvals and RFEs and still nothing on mine. But everything seems like it's taking longer than normal - I sent our petition in on June 1 and it wasn't updated until June 15.

 

Tensions are really strained between me and my fiance. We love each other, but he lost his job due to bankruptcy and he's trying to find temp work but it's not working out so far.

Question.

For those who have gotten a rfe, have you gotten an answer? If you did how long did it take for the them to answer. 

 

Also, if your fiancé doesn't speak English ( mine only speaks Spanish) did you guys submitted the intent of marry in English or Spanish?

Congratulations!! I'm from Taiwan too. Day 210, still waiting for my NOA2.... My NOA1 date is june 13.

Hope I'll get the approval soon.

I just sent my sister to check the mailbox at 11pm at night and the approval letter was in there all day. So, noa1 6/22 and now noa2 is 1/2 with no online notification.

Yes, the lagging unknown timeline....it sucks.  Wears you out....I can hear it in your words.

It can stretch a few more days....but, you're there now....now it will come...and a good chance it will just show up in the mailbox...

Hello June Filers

NOA1 - JUN 9

DEC 12 - WE received RFE

DEC 13 - WE sent Response to RFE

DEC 14 - They received Response to RFE

JAN 02 - They sent Approval Notice

JAN 08 - We received Approval Notice

 

We could say they approved our case 15 days after they recieved the Response To RFE. Our case status still says ''Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received''. They haven't updated it yet. So my friends, even though you don't see approvals on the daily scan, don't lose faith. Your approval notice may be on its way right now.

All documents must be translated to English. So your intent to marry should be too.

Was there a full day scan?

I dont believe so, maybe early morning as the person who scans those is over seas, he does them most times when he gets up, altho there have been sometimes where he stays up and does those...
