Nah - some days it is approvals in the morning and RFEs in the afternoon.  As someone who has been scanning this data now twice a day for a long time...... thats definitely not the case.

Could it be possible that they are done in an automated fashion. Maybe they just have to refresh and send data type of system going on.

We have that at work and it’s not done on a daily basis and maybe that’s why we see updates at different times in the week. Just a random thought.

Is it sad that I'd pay a silly amount of money to know what actually happens at USCIS? Is this what my life has come to? 😂

I've seriously thought about trying to get a job there just to help out the backlog and provide some "insider info" to people here. Only thing is I couldn't stand living in California. :lol:

either of you can. But It is better if the Petitioner do it since he is the citizen I guess?

I am going to keep this fact quite! :)

@jacq & ads............you are right

I'm on the understanding only the petitioner can call USCIS, once it reaches NVC either can call :).......oh and congrats on your approval :D

 really feel sorry for the June 6th people. Doesn't make any sense. When I started at reading on this site I was envious of the June 6th people because their date was 10 days before mine. My date was June 16th my approval date was December 22nd. Although it's been almost 3 weeks we still have not received anything else regarding the K1 Visa process. But I'm guessing it will be at least one year before my fiance will be able to make her journey to the states. Regardless heading to the Philippines in 2 weeks can't wait going to be great to get out of this lousy weather we are having. Having this little mini vacation in the middle of all this definitely will help us. So I'll keep praying for you June filers in hopes that we all will be the same agonizing wait for the rest of the Visa process. We should all keep in touch cuz it is an extremely long process and there's a lot of good people here with a lot of good information.
